Dr. Robert Huskey is pleased to be able to offer beautiful smiles to his neighbors in Opelika, Auburn, and the surrounding communities.

Dr. Huskey earned his dental degree from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry, after earning his bachelor’s degree from Samford University. Prior to entering private practice, Dr. Huskey served a general practice residency at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Birmingham. He is a current member of the Ninth District Dental Society, the Alabama Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.

Dr. Huskey has taken numerous postgraduate education courses, specifically selecting courses focusing on laser gum treatment, temporomandibular disorders, and full mouth reconstruction. He also has recent training in dental sleep medicine that allows him to offer oral appliance alternatives to the CPAP device. Dr. Huskey’s work with PerioLase™, laser treatment of chronic periodontitis (gum disease), was profiled on WSFA-TV in Montgomery.

Dr. Huskey and his wife, Annette, have two children, both Auburn University graduates. In his spare time, he enjoys exercising and playing golf and pickleball.
